Starters


Roast winter vegetable soup, tarragon cream and Molly’s stout  bread (v)


Seared local king scallops, crispy black pudding, Jerusalem artichoke purée & almond praline 
(£4 Supplement)


Gobóga - breaded balls of pearl barley stuffed with smoked gubeen cheese, spinach & mushroom, with white onion & sage purée (v)


Ham hock terrine, celeriac remolaude, pickled organic veg salad
 
Cold-smoked organic salmon, fennel ‘slaw, crispy prosciutto & anchovy dressing 




Mains


Dry-aged rib eye steak of beef,  Molly’s stout buttered mushrooms, whiskey pepper sauce, 
garlic & truffle chips  (£6 supplement)


Pan-fried fillet of hake, chilli buttered prawns, kale, crushed potatoes, hazelnut gremolata


Ballottine of locally reared turkey wrapped in prosciutto ham, champ, honey-roast root vegetables
& a  rich cranberry gravy


Slow roasted shoulder of Lamb, celeriac fondant, minted cabbage, sprout & bacon, carrot purée & Belfast blonde jus


Lentil & cranberry bake with red cabbage, port, prunes and orange with a pomegranate dressing 


Desserts


Baked Christmas pudding, cognac custard &  berry compote


Warm Belgian chocolate brownie, blackcurrant coulis, chocolate ice cream


Tickety Moo vanilla ice cream sundae, cranberry biscotti, a pomegranate & apple sauce
