Ireland’s oldest independent brewery.
Belfast Blonde 4.2% A wholly natural blonde beer with a clean and refreshing character, derived from the use of lager malt along with a small proportion of maize. The mixture of continental and native varieties of late and early addition hops please both the nose and taste buds.
Headless Dog 4.2% A bright amber, cask conditioned ale. Smooth initially with a hint of the Munich malt coming through from the grist. This is complemented well by the strong refreshing taste of this well-hopped beer. Named after the ‘graffiti’ of a headless dog at the entrance to Molly’s Yard.
Twisted Hop 4.7% Made with Australian Galaxy Hops and German Brewers Gold Hops. This ale is all about the Hops!
Hilden Irish Stout 4.3% A classic Irish full bodied stout. Goes great with everything from spicy foods to chocolate desserts!
Barney’s Brew 5% Belfast Bap Wheat Beer made with malted barley and wheat spiced with cardamom, coriander & black pepper
Hilden Halt 6.1% Full bodied with a malty mild hop flavour. Careful not to get derailed. Seriously.
Titanic Quarter 50cl 4.2% A pale ale, clean and refreshing with a good level of bitterness.
